Hull Repair, Paint, and Side Varnish
Any damage or rot is removed and repaired prior to painting the hull.
After woodwork is complete, old paint is stripped and the hull is sanded.
Holes and seams are filled and double checked to ensure thy are water tight, then sealer is applied.
The sealer is scuff sanded before the first coat of paint is applied. Sides are sanded for varnishing.
Multiple coats of paint are applied to produce a smoothly finished bottom and crisp water line. Varnish is completed in the varnish room to produce a glossy finish.
