BOAT RESTORATION

Tom Adams begins each boat restoration project with a detailed boat inspection and assessment using the customer's request for work to be accomplished as a guide.  Recommendations in keeping with best commercial marine practice are provided to the customer in writing, an agreement reached for the scope of work and a contract prepared along with estimated cost and schedule.  Work begins once the contract is signed.  The customer is regularly apprised of the progress of work.  Complications or unexpected conditions requiring changes to the scope of work are accomplished with the customer's written consent.
